Antibody-drug conjugate targeting c-MET shows 15.6% response rate in heavily pretreated mCRCTelisotuzumab adizutecan, which delivers a topoisomerase inhibitor to c-MET-expressing tumor cells, achieved an objective response rate of 15.6% in 122 heavily pretreated metastatic colorectal cancer patients in a phase 1 study.
