Bispecific Antibody EMB-01 Shows Activity in Heavily Pretreated Metastatic CRCA phase Ib/II study (NCT05176665) of EMB-01, a novel EGFR × c-MET bispecific antibody, enrolled 52 patients with heavily pretreated metastatic colorectal cancer. EMB-01 was administered at 1600 mg intravenously weekly, with primary endpoints of safety and tolerability in phase Ib, and antitumor activity in phase II. (Clinical Cancer Research)
