c-Met antibody-drug conjugate receives FDA breakthrough designation for refractory metastatic CRCTelisotuzumab adizutecan, a c-Met–directed antibody-drug conjugate, received FDA breakthrough therapy designation in combination with bevacizumab for adults with refractory metastatic colorectal cancer who have previously received fluoropyrimidine, irinotecan, oxaliplatin, an anti-VEGF antibody, and when indicated, an anti-EGFR antibody.
