Case Report Describes Delayed, Multisystem Immune Side Effects After Nivolumab Plus IpilimumabA patient with MSI-high colon cancer developed adrenocorticotropic hormone deficiency during combination immunotherapy and, six months after the final nivolumab dose, presented with bilateral knee arthritis and elevated hepatobiliary and pancreatic enzymes, illustrating that immune-related adverse events can occur long after treatment discontinuation.
