Circulating tumor DNA tumor fraction predicts anti-EGFR rechallenge response

In the CAVE-2 GOIM trial, patients with "negative" ctDNA had a 12% response rate and median progression-free survival of 5.6 months with rechallenge with cetuximab ± avelumab, compared to 3% and 3.65 months in "positive hyperselected" patients. (J Liq Biopsy)
