Dual Oral Regimen Shows Activity in KRAS G12C–Mutated Metastatic CRCA phase Ib/II trial evaluated the chemotherapy-free combination of ifebemtinib (a FAK inhibitor) plus garsorasib (a KRAS G12C inhibitor) in previously treated KRAS G12C–mutated metastatic colorectal cancer, showing encouraging antitumor activity with seven of 15 patients achieving partial responses in the single-arm phase.
