Final Analysis of DEEPER Trial Shows No Survival Difference Between Cetuximab and Bevacizumab in RAS/BRAF Wild-Type mCRCThe phase II DEEPER trial found no differences in progression-free survival or overall survival in the per-protocol set when comparing modified-FOLFOXIRI plus cetuximab versus bevacizumab in patients with RAS/BRAF wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer. However, exploratory subgroup analyses showed longer median PFS with cetuximab in patients with RAS/BRAF wild-type and left-sided tumors. (Journal of Clinical Oncology)
