GPR39 Protein Linked to Immunotherapy Resistance in Microsatellite-Stable CRCResearch using GPR39 knockdown in human and mouse CRC cell lines found that GPR39, a protein overexpressed in colorectal cancer, suppresses ferroptosis (a form of cell death) and reduces the sensitivity of microsatellite-stable tumors to anti-PD-1 immunotherapy.
