Gut microbiome and metabolite profiles differ between immunotherapy responders and non-responders

In 20 patients with MSI-H advanced colorectal cancer receiving immunotherapy, metagenomic sequencing and metabolomics revealed distinct gut microbiota and metabolite patterns associated with clinical benefit versus non-benefit, suggesting the microbiome may influence immunotherapy response.
