Ifebemtinib plus garsorasib shows activity in KRAS G12C-mutated metastatic colorectal cancerA phase 1b/2 trial tested the combination of ifebemtinib (a focal adhesion kinase inhibitor) with garsorasib (a KRAS G12C inhibitor) in previously treated patients with KRAS G12C-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer. The recommended phase 2 dose was established as ifebemtinib 100 mg once daily plus garsorasib 600 mg twice daily. (Lancet Oncology)
