Whole genome sequencing-based ctDNA assay detects molecular residual disease across solid tumors

In a pan-cancer cohort including colorectal cancer patients, those with ctDNA-positive molecular residual disease at 3 months post-surgery had significantly shorter recurrence-free survival (HR 23.7) compared to ctDNA-negative patients, and 62% of detections occurred at ultra-sensitive levels below 100 parts per million.
