    In a study of 1,391 patients, those with persistent or acquired RAS and BRAF mutations in ctDNA had significantly worse overall survival than patients who maintained wild-type status, suggesting liquid biopsy monitoring may help refine treatment strategies. (iScience)

    A retrospective analysis of 241 patients with RAS wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer confined to the liver compared outcomes among patients treated with first-line chemotherapy plus panitumumab, cetuximab, or bevacizumab, evaluating depth of response, objective response rate, disease control rate, and conversion to resectability.     Chemotherapy rechallenge shows activity in late-line metastatic disease

    A phase II trial found that patients with refractory metastatic colorectal cancer who had previously responded to a regimen for at least 4 months could benefit from rechallenge with the same chemotherapy, with or without targeted therapy, after a treatment-free interval. (Oncology Research)
